- What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Any refund requests must be made 72 hours prior to the date of the scheduled tour. After that time your payment is no longer refundable. Seats on tours never overbook, therefore 72 hours notice must be provided so the vacant seat can be sold. If you have any problems just contact us.
- What Should I Wear?
We do not recommend wearing loose clothing such as ponchos scarfs and hats must be firm or have a tie down. We also ask that you do not wear hiking boots Instead, tennis shoes, cowboy boots and women’s designer boots are fine. Footwear needs to slip in an out of the stirrups easily so you don’t get hung up.
We also ask that no backpacks be worn. Instead, satchels are recommended but we do provide saddle bags as well.
And since we’re in the desert it is advised that nothing you wear resembles the sound of a rattle snake as the sound may frighten our horses.
Finally, we recommend wearing eye protection since we do go over sand dunes and your eyes may get irritated by sand on windy days. And for Jeep tours it is suggested that you wear a bandanna to keep the dust out of your face and eyes.
- Am I required to Sign a Waiver?
Yes, you will be required to sign a waiver before saddling up stating that you are participating at your own risk. There will be a short demonstration on how to ride horses, including the western technique of riding.
- Are Water and Snacks Provided?
